Situated on the eastern shore of Taihu Lake in Wujiang District, Suzhou Greenland Center stands as a landmark super high-rise at the heart of Taihu New City. As a key project under China’s 12th Five-Year Plan and a central pillar of Suzhou’s “One Core, Four Cities” development strategy, it is poised to become not only the future centerpiece of Suzhou but also a flagship icon of world-class bay area developments.
Since 2003, both national and local governments in China have actively promoted the use of stainless steel piping, recommending it as the preferred material for building potable water systems. The use of stainless steel pipes and fittings in Suzhou Greenland Center fully aligns with this policy direction and industry standards.
During the bidding phase of this project, our company distinguished itself with a highly professional and technically sound proposal, ultimately securing the contract. Upon winning the bid, we immediately faced intense production challenges—from raw material preparation to strict process control. Despite difficulties such as delayed material supply and demanding technical specifications, our team proactively coordinated with suppliers and continuously optimized production processes, working around the clock to meet the schedule.
The installation phase proved equally demanding. The building’s complex structural layout and the high-precision pipework required exceptional craftsmanship and endurance from every installation technician. Qidong Xinhu Ocean Pearl City

Qidong Xinhu Ocean Pearl City is located on the golden coastline of the northern Yangtze River Delta, enjoying both premium coastal and ecological wetland resources. As a flagship coastal residential and cultural tourism project in the region, it has garnered significant attention. Built to the highest standards, the project places particular emphasis on the stability and safety of its water supply system. Leveraging our superior product quality and comprehensive service solutions, our company successfully won the bid for the supply and installation of stainless steel piping for the water supply system.
Following the contract award, we responded swiftly. In consideration of Qidong’s coastal environment—characterized by high salinity, heavy fog, and humidity—we selected 304 stainless steel, known for its outstanding corrosion resistance. Advanced production techniques were employed to ensure excellent sealing and pressure resistance of the piping. Each production step was subjected to rigorous quality inspections to guarantee product reliability and consistency.
During installation, our team faced the dual challenges of complex geological conditions and extreme weather, including typhoons. The construction team proactively adjusted the implementation plan to address and overcome these obstacles effectively.
Throughout the project, we maintained close coordination with the client and supervisory teams, ensuring strict quality control at every stage. The stainless steel water supply system passed final inspection with high marks, providing residents with a safe and clean water solution. Shanghai Sino-Korea Dooch Pump MFG Co., Ltd

Shanghai Sino-Korea Dooch Pump MFG Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise integrating the production and R&D of pumps and variable frequency water supply systems. It is one of the earliest companies to apply fully digital integrated variable frequency technology to water supply equipment.
As an industry leader, Zhonghan DUKE maintains stringent standards when selecting suppliers. During the initial stages of communication, our company provided a comprehensive presentation of our R&D capabilities, manufacturing processes, and quality control system. After multiple rounds of rigorous evaluation and testing, we stood out for our premium raw materials, stable supply capabilities, and efficient service. Ultimately, we earned Zhonghan DUKE’s trust and recognition, and officially became a materials supplier for its variable frequency water supply equipment. Hangzhou Xinhu Future Center

Located in Yuhang District of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, the Hangzhou Xinhu Future Center is a landmark project in the Future Sci-Tech City. Designed by the world-renowned architecture firm OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture), the building embraces the design concept of “Prism Hangzhou.” Featuring the tallest semi-open atrium in China and a striking diagonal stepped façade, it has become an iconic part of the city’s skyline and a popular destination for visitors and professionals alike.
From its initial planning phase, the project attracted widespread attention. The bidding process for its stainless steel piping and fittings was highly competitive. Leveraging our extensive project experience and technically robust proposal, our company successfully won the contract.
